Transformation d'un terrain agricole en terrain constructible

Bonjour,
Je possede un terrain agricole depuis plus de 10 ans situé dans un petit village en isère et j'aimerai y construire une maison (résidence principale).
Voici quelques photos du terrain : (5.000 m2)
Une maison est situé dans le terrain voisin
Savez-vous quelles demarche faut il faire pour rendre le terrain constructible? ou faut il faire appel à un promoteur ou lotisseur?
