Je suis un particulier à la recherche de conseil pro. Je suis en train de faire construire ma maison par un promoteur, l'artisan qui doit poser les carrelages me facture la réalisation d'une chape avant pose collée parce que j'ai choisi un carrelage imitation parquet avec des lames de 1m.

Nous sommes dans le cas du neuf et non de la rénovation et la chape faite lors de la construction devrait permettre l'accueil de n'importe quel revetement. Pour moi, la réalisation d'une chape supplementaire est inutile. La pose est facturée par ailleurs, donc double facturation?

Pourriez-vous me dire ce qu'il en est?

Peut-être pouvez vous demander d'autres devis afin de voir si d'autres artisans vous conseillent de réaliser une chape en plus ?

Je pense qu'une telle réalisation entrainera effectivement une double facturation.
